My very first business endeavor was making paper printed jewelry. They are pretty darling, but one holiday show season and 500 pendants later the term "burn out" really hit home and I closed up shop. This was 3 years ago and I still have buckets (literally) of completed jewelry sitting in my studio! I have decided it is time to teach what I know in a new + upcoming workshop: paper printed jewelry. For now you have to live in or pretty darn close to Portland to attend (details below!) For those that can not attend (I may think flying to Portland for a $25 class is worth it...) I will post a DIY step-by-step for my readers on the day of the workshop so you may participate too.
This will be my first of several classes I will be instructing at the most darling paper + art supply shop in SE Portland called the Paper Zone. Ok, so I should mention this shop is also the home to my day job, but still worth checking out! I am on their calendar for a few DIY workshops and small creative business solution courses to come. Maybe someday this will be an e-course, but for now it's a come see me in person kind of course.
