The nautical theme of blue stripes and red accents is as dated + classy as the little black dress. Inspired by a very simple blue and white stripe top I own I went looking for a dress to incorporate the whole idea. I adore how the red in the heels brings out the smallest details of the dress, allowing the navy to stay a little distinguished.
