I recently saw a pic of a cute celebrity wearing a pale blue gown and carrying a bright pop of color red clutch and I totally swooned! Wearing bright colors is still a challenge, I cling to black as a classic safety stable that is in every gal's closet. I found these cerulean pumps recently and wearing them feels amazing!
