ink + peat: part I

The sweet + creative Emma of Reversed Lens Photography and I took a morning filled with sun and coffee and went on the look out for some visual stimulation. Our first stop was Ink + Peat in N. Portland, once inside the door we were hooked. We perused each nook and cranny filling up on color, texture, and sun light. What a gem of a shop! Located in an up and coming corner of N. Portland, Ink + Peat takes home design and floral to a whimsical, simple, and useable place. Corners are filled with vignettes of bell jars, tea roses, fresh soaps, textiles, and lovely books. A must see! In fact so much to see I am dedicating another post to include all the lovely pictures. Stay tuned for part II.
